Meet Our team

Blake

With over 15 years of experience in the home inspection industry, Blake brings a thorough and knowledgeable approach to every property he evaluates. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, he is well versed in homes of all ages—from historic properties to new construction—and has extensive familiarity with well and septic systems. Known for his attention to detail and clear communication, he takes pride in providing clients with informative, easy-to-understand reports so they can make confident decisions about their homes.

Bob

Bob was a fixture in the Real Estate business in Southeast Michigan for over 30 years, serving as one of the region's most well-known house inspectors since 1995. Now he has transitioned to an administrative role and brings his wealth of knowledge of the industry as Home Exam looks to expand the relationship between homeowner and inspector.

Grant

Grant is a third-generation house inspector and has a background in architecture, having worked as a licensed architect for 8 years before transitioning to inspecting on a full-time basis. That experience allows him to give informed advice to clients looking to renovate or reconfigure their houses from a structural feasibility standpoint. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
